Thanks for the update of Edd's adventures Jeff. So does Magellen have Edd now?

I'm not always sure I like being older but being less stupid has advantages. http://www.flickr.com/photos/32121172@N00/sets/

I am not sure but that is the last time I saw Edd was when I met Magellen during the TNAB

Magellan does still have Edd. I had every intention of taking him to Alta, but there he was sitting on the shelf when I got home. doh.gif I also missed the chance to take him up Sahale. My next planned outing is Mt Catherine with TNAB in a week, but I am more than willing to turn him over to whoever would like the chance to haul him up some peak. Sorry to let you down Jeff, I spaced out big time.

No worries. I am glad that Edd is still in safe hands and will be going out on a great adventure soon.

Yay! I just talked to Magellan and Jeff R and they both agree that my intended destination is indeed worthy. I look forward to bringing Edd back in the high-country where he most certainly wants to be..

After much delay, confusion and forgetfulness, all of it my fault, Ed is now back in the mountains where he belongs. He is taking in the substantial views from the very underrated hike up Mt Washington in the southern Olympic Range. TR and pics to come.

We never had the opportunity to meet Ed Miller. We have met a lot of his friends and know from the fond memories and love they still carry for him that we would have liked him very much. As a tribute to Ed and the friends who loved him, we attempted our first solo (just us without another climbing friend along) alpine ascent to retrieve his register. Trip Report
