I know that area pretty well ( It is darn near my backyard) I hope they take it easy. I would not mind seeing some heavy thinning through the area as the fire load is starting to get pretty high. Also Deer Creek area needs to get some major clean up, but I can see how high the danger would be from going into all of that windfalln timber... It looks like miles of pick-up sticks out there now.
