I picked up an "old" (orange) full length at a garage sale this summer. A quick test on the floor showed it didn't have massive leaks, but longer (overnight) sleep test on it proved it did have a leak. Bath tub test reveals two leaks on the seams around the edge. Has anyone had good luck repairing leaks at these points, and how long will the repair be good for? Debating on whether to fix or send back to Cascade Designs.

What do you mean by "at the seam"? Are the leaks at the bend in the fabric, or coming through between the two layers of fabric? It sounds like they are small holes. If they are at the bend in the fabric they should be easy to repair. A bit of urethane Shoe Goo on a pinhole should make a permanent repair.
