I dusted off an old cassette tape titled KEZX Album Project. I bought this in the 80's when I lived in Tacoma. Some of the other old farts around here might remember that New Age radio station, FM 99 IIRC, that put out a couple of compilations.

I listen to my tinnitus 24/7 (middle school band directors' disease) banghead.gif Sometimes when I try to drown that out, I like most all classical music except Baroque zzz.gif My taste in pop runs to oldies but goodies cool.gif

I'm listening to Janis Ian on the first disk of Saturday Night Live - Season 1 as I make smokin' hot chili. Those were the days of real live music guests on SNL.

I'm offending the neighbors with Van Morrison "Moondance" right now. One of my all time faves!

"Diamonds are a girl's best friend my arse. A girl's best friend is a stout pair of tramping boots. Umm, maybe it's a nice reduction sauce. Urrr, perhaps it's a nice pub just down the road. OK, so it's really all three. But freakin' diamonds?!"

My older brother got to hear BTO at a highschool assembly. That was before they hit the bigtime.

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.
