Same ole same ole. No run game - 18 rushes for 77 yds. Quick strike pass scores led to lopsided time of possession 42:33 to 22:42, so the Titans ran 83 plays to the Hawks 52 and the defense was on the field too long with a nearly non-existent pass rush.
Still could have won in regulation if the PAT wasn't missed - at least the Titans would have had to go for 2 to tie.

They were severely outplayed on both offensive and defensive line. It just goes to show that good athletes cannot carry the game without a competitive line.
The Seadogs had a few glimpses of good play, but were absolutely dominated in the second half. Fortunately it is only a spectator sport game.

Another awful game but how was that not pass interference in the end zone?

Not sure about the interference, but he was wide open, for a bit, but by the time Wilson's Moon Ball came down there were multiple defenders in position. PI calls seem to be very inconsistent. There was a call against the Chiefs late in the game that looked to be BS...and strangely there was no replay or even a comment on it by the broadcasters. That call very likely decided the outcome.
Looks to me like the Seahawks need to be thinking about entering into the Rebuilding Process" going forward. Don't know how that might work out given their propensity for trading away top draft pics..
Kind of puzzling to me why they replaced the Offensive Coordinator but not Norton on defense, they gave up over 500 yards of total offense and the first 2 games were similar.

I thought it was textbook PI. Defender not looking back at the ball and running into the receiver just before the ball arrived. That would have given the hawks the ball at the 1 with plenty of time to score, stop the vikings and get the ball back for a game winning drive, not that they would have.
Agree on Norton, they can't seem to stop any team from driving down the field at will.

Apparently Pete and Ken have been together since USC....so firing an old friend would be hard, but I say that Pete either needs to grow a pair or retire.

Well, as they say "A Win is a Win"....Imo Garoppolo is a mediocre Qb at best, then a untested rookie in the 2nd half plus the 49ers blunders on special teams and an injured kicker, plus the numerous injuries the 9ers have across the board and the 'Hawks won by a TD. Was good to see them getting some good use out of Collins, not sure why they waited so long?
Going to be a good test on Thursday, and a huge game for early in the season.

Kind of surprised they pulled Jimmy G at halftime but sounds like he had a calf injury. Looked pretty healthy standing on the sideline. I think he's a better QB than Lance. Not impressed. Looks like Kap 2.0.

For the short time he was in there, Geno looked better than Wilson, getting rid of the ball quickly, especially when he was blitzed. Aikman and other say that Lockett tripped over his own feet, I watched it 5 times and to me he was subtly pushed, especially given his reaction.
But none of that really matters, when your defense is ranked last in the league and has been for quite some time. Norton should just retire. How many yards did they give up in total offense tonight?

Looks like PI in slow motion. He wasn't pushed but was tripped by the defender intentionally moving in his path.
They had a chance to win but the defense is just getting carved up each week.

It's called incidental contact. The receiver ran into excellent coverage by the Rams.

Not sure it's incidental contact. I believe that's when both players are competing for the ball, or neither player is looking for the ball. In the video the defender is only focused on Lockett, not that ball.

Quote: | ARTICLE 3. PERMISSIBLE ACTS BY BOTH TEAMS WHILE THE BALL IS IN THE AIR
Acts that are permissible by a player include, but are not limited to:
(a) Incidental contact by an opponent’s hands, arms, or body when both players are competing for the ball, or neither player is looking for the ball. If there is any question whether contact is incidental, the ruling shall be no interference. |

Thanks Tom. As you can see in the video, Lockett is clearly not looking for the ball when the contact occurs. Probably why Pete didn't challenge the non call. Lockett was also guilty of trying to trip the defender.

I assume you're being sarcastic. If you view the angle in the video you can clearly see the defender's actions. Pretty much everyone is looking at the ball except for the defender clearly intending to push Lockett off his route and then "incidentally" contacting him. Here's one still from the video.
Now, I agree you're not going to get that call reliably, and the refs didn't have the advantage of seeing it from that angle or in slow motion, but if this was 2019 I think a challenge would have led to PI. Unfortunately they're not playing well enough to have a non-call like that be "incidental" to the outcome.
