DOH! Good one Mal. Yes what a game. Id have liked to have seen Percy involved MORE! That said how do you complain about that?

I was honestly expecting another game where you may as well start it at halftime, spot the other team 10 points then sit on the edge of your chair on the verge of a heart attack while they somehow pull out a win.
Was quite refreshing to see such a dominating performance on both sides of the ball.

Which NFC division is going to be unfortunate enough to have to play the NFC West next season?

somebody else said it best - "The real superbowl was the NFC championship game. Those were the two best teams in football."

he looks every second of his age and then some.
Since I have no expectations of forgiveness, I don't do it in the first place. That loop hole needs to be closed to everyone.

NFC east...that's 4 losses for Dallas, Philly, Washington and the Giants already slated before next season even starts.
NFC west also plays the AFC west next season making a superbowl 48 rematch in order at some point next season.
By the looks of it, it's a fairly easy schedule and I wouldn't be surprised if all 4 NFC west teams get 10 or more wins...with the majority of the losses for all NFC west teams being inter-divisional beat downs.
I can't fathom a non NFC west team winning it all next year.

as a life long seahawk fan, i had to go downtown today. i took my boys, jayden and ryan in hopes they will remember this day for a long time. i was too young (4) to remember the last major championship in seattle, which was the '79 sonics but this was well worth the wait! i cut the boys loose at westlake so they could squeeze up close to get a better view in the incredibly packed crowds. they had a blast and i was so happy to share that with them and the nation of 12's
the party at westlake jayden and ryan people finding a good spot to view the quiet richard sherman

Craziness downtown! Never been to anything like that. Assuming it happens again I'd love to rent a hotel room on the parade route and watch it from above. Or bring a step-ladder like some people did!

I was at the stadium most of the day. What a neat experience!
A little chilly, to say the least, but it was awesome to have a much better seat than I would ever get at an actual Seahawks game. It was really cool to celebrate the Super Bowl win with thousands of others fans as well as the team at the post-parade rally.
I hope to post some photos as well as a video of the experience in the near future...

It's kind of mind blowing to me that 700,000+ showed up for the parade. That is some amazing fan support. Saw somewhere no reports of any arrests yesterday, also didn't hear about anything Sunday night after the Super Bowl. I really have never understood the connection between your team winning a championship and then let's go out and riot and set some stuff on fire, but it happens frequently. So big to Seattle and the legion of Seahawks fans, way to keep it classy.
