Can anyone recommend a property management company to find a renter in North Seattle? Also, anyone got any experience in finding tenants over the holiday period. It seems a very slow time of year.
just craigslist it. you can do it BD. demand is sky high, even right now. just put up an ad (steal a format from some other listings) and see what comes in. you'll have 10 emails by the end of the day...
