I haven't seen any reports about Mt. Rainier for quite awhile. I was at Paradise in February and had a strange sunny 48 degree day. This trip was completely winter. It snowed all day long. In February there was 85 inches of snow. Now there is 160 inches. It may be April but it is mid-winter at Paradise. If you haven't put your skies and/or snowshoes away yet I would recommend a trip up to Paradise.
