This is possibly a lame topic, but thought I'd throw a pop quiz out there. Can you name this peak?

It's Ombudsman Dome due east of the summit of the Bailey Range.

Hmm, might have figured Olympus was too easy. Is it named after someone in the press expedition?

The fisherman wins the prize! (Thought to self: hope no one else is reading this thought..."hmmm....I see some photos of nice trout from that Weyrick guy, but that's just it...they are photos only...the PROOF is when an eyewitness is there to actually SEE him catch a real trout." "And...perhaps this Weyrick guy doesn't realize it, but it takes a certain "flair" with the setting of the hook and a light "snapping" of the wrist, to properly hook and catch one of those lunkers. And, let's face it, I'm a natural for that "flair", with my delicate finesse that has been obtained from years of stream fishing for steelhead...okay, back to the "real" forum"). Mount Christie it is! And, the prize, Dave: An all expense paid trip invitation to follow me to a superb destination lake on October 4-6 that had some NICE fish a few years ago. That happens to be my birthday, and it would be very nice to bring the garlic butter, salt, and lemon. You catch, I'll clean and cook. And, I'll put 55 candles in the fish. Then, we can sit in the meadow and watch the stars spin, while you get to hear tale after tale after tale of my early steelhead fishing days, along with a Palm Pilot slide show of all of my kids' birthdays from age 4 until 10. This would be followed by a demonstration of pack repair sewing techniques, just for extra fun. You can learn from the Old Master. I know how to have a good time. And my humility is amazing. By the way all, I've attached a jpeg of a Topo map, outlining a SUPERB little loop trip in the heart of the Olympics...Mount Christie area.

Larry, thanks for posting that Mt. Christie loop route. It looks like a really neat area. Did you see my latest message in the Traverses thread?
