Should be in early June-they usually go gaga about the same time as Zion. But it wouldn't hurt to call the Quillicene Ranger Station and ask the ladies there, the rangers in that district are really nice.
The rhodies bloom here in Poulbo along Hwy 3 just before they reach their peak on Mt. Walker and higher locations like Townsend or Jupiter. I'll be watching for blooms, but haven't seen any yet. Usually the end of May/early June.
