Conditions are near perfect now. There is enough snow to cover most of the loose dirt on the upper ridge, but the waterfall crossing and lower trail is snow free. went up thursday night after work with the afterburners. No snow to first basin then patchy to upper ridge, it was already starting to melt out on the way down. Great view but hot haze is starting to come in. About 6" water on falls crossing. It was still warm around 9PM. Could see Stuart rainier and Glacier too much haze for Baker or Adams. Great glissade plunge on back side to gully, best descent route.
