Cramer Lake/Otter Lake-The snow is off Cramer, barely and the main body of Otter is open, but not the western end. Cramer Lake Trail is clear of snow up to the first little pond about 3 miles in or so, then is snow bound the rest of the way. Hot weather, though, has really cut into the snow pack. No mosquitoes-but that won't last for long and no fish-which won't last for long either. No major deadfalls. Lots of elk in and around Dog Lake, they're calving. Tatoosh, S. Trailhead-Trail is clear to the 4400 foot level where you reach what I call the bench, then snow covered from there on-No big blowdowns. Snow level about normal for this time of year.
