Yep. In fact, I tuned in to say so. Potting around the Green River near Kanaskat State Park on Saturday, we saw Skunk Cabbage, Salmonberry and one (count 'em) one Trillium in full bloom.
While we were there we saw a pair if geese running the rapids - floating down a sluice , over some bumps, and around an eddy - just like a kayaker. Kinda neat, and I thought pretty unusual. The geese weren't fighting it; just going with the flow and steering a little.

Hummingbirds have been making visits to our dining room window looking for "their" feeder. Saturday I dug it out, filled it up and they are already fighting over it.
I noticed swallows this morning after a break in the rain. Yesterday a flicker was drumming on the metal cap for my chimney broadcasting his presence. The signs are all in place for spring.
