I wouldn't necessarily call that financing issues, I'd call it Corporate wish lists... I gotta wonder what in the world Canada spends it's money on to put them 10 billion in debt... It would seem that the people in charge (of BC at least) are no smarter than King George (Dubya for those of you not up to date on the current nicknames).
