We could see the cloud from on top of Kaleetan Peak on Saturday as well.

You can also see it from space every clear day, I've been watching it for a while here: http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/satellite/1km/Seattle/VIS1SEA.GIF the picture is in real time, so if you check it out during non daylight hours, you'll see nothing!
