Labor Day weekend Pam and I just had to get out. We decided to go up to Meander meadow at the head of the Little Wenatchee river and take the PCT as far north as we could to camp. We'd forgotten all about the steep dusty switchbacks up to the meadow and by the time we hit the ridge below Kodak peak we were burned out. We camped in a small grassy spot in the basin northeast of Kodak where there some decent puddles in the snowmelt streambeds. Sunday we headed north on the PCT to White Pass, had lunch in a meadow overlooking the White river and headed back. If you're going this way make sure to load up on water when you can as it's very dry up there. There's still a nice small stream where the trail traverses Indian Head Peak and a couple of stagnant ponds going up to White Pass.
