Grass Lake? ...the one below Trap Lake.

Yay, me! huh.gif I thought that might be Slippery Slab Tower on the crest, and perhaps K9 over on the right.

Wow, Grass Lake! It looks more appealing at it's level than it does from the camps at Trap! I will look on it with a kinder countenance than I did before, now that I saw this photo of it.

There's an old trail sign at the campsite, indicating a formerly maintained trail. Simplest access is an easy scramble straight down from above.

Well don't use up too much energy thinking kinder of the place. The pic is taken from the only dry ground around the lake. The whole valley is a flat and squishy marsh.

True. If you're looking for dry ground, it is not your huckleberry. If you're thinking more about things having to do with water, it might be. up.gif

I wonder if the grass is invasive, planted by sheep herders for their herd.

Here is one that may challenge some of you guys who get out more often even. If you need any hints let me know.

Kind of looks like SparkPlug.

Wow I had never seen spark plugs and so I looked at a picture of it and the lake I posted definitely has a similar look to it, but it is not sparkplug.

I'll narrow this down and give you area... It's between south of 410 Chinook pass. But in WA

I knew that lake looked familiar. I've both been there and seen that particular photo before. And I still needed the hint. But since I've seen that photo previously, I will recuse myself from this effort and not reveal the name.
