We did Lake 22 thursday, There was about a foot of snow at the trailhead but very accessible. The entire trail was snow covered but hikeable without snow shoes. It was a beautiful hike with the fresh snow. The lake was totally covered in snow and had tracks across it but we found a few places of slush not ice so I wouldn't recommend walking out on the lake yet.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I was there about two weeks ago and there wasn't any snow until the clearing about half way up. I'll be hiking Heather Lake today, so conditions will be the similar.
