Great snowshoe trip with Everett Parks and Recreation despite the rain and fog. It just felt good to get out and be in the mountains.

Well, Backpacker Joe .... you know how these lakes are this time of year! They all look alike and don't make very good photos (they look like football fields covered with snow -- fun to find, but not worth photography usually).
One of the most enjoyable aspects of yesterdays outing was watching the snowboarders coming down the mountain. Poetry in motion.
