I found this metal sign in the Goat Rocks' Conrad basin and was wondering if anyone has any ideas of why it would be there. I didn't see any signs of mining, and i assume that glacier extended all the way past the lake in the not-too-distant past. Is it just from some hooligan humans?
Anyone have any ideas why this might be here? Mystery

I don't know anything about Conrad Basin, but there's a very similar metal sign at Little Cougar Lake in the Bumping River drainage. Five-point deduction for Hufflepuff for the spelling, though - someone took the effort to create and haul in a sign saying "Couger Lake."
