OK, I read the article and still don't get it. Is the pass requirement gone everywhere, or just gone for certain trailheads?

According to my math that still leaves 30% of the sites requiring a pass, so more than likely you will still need one.

They probably took the requirement off on the ones with washed out roads that require a huge road walk for the next few years like Whitechuck, Suiattle, Rat Trap Pass etc. huh.gif
