I was thinking the exact same thing about the second one, "Waterfall on Paradise Valley Road." That picture has a nice feel about it. It feels perfectly balanced.

I've always liked balance and symmetry in photos and try to seek it out when possible, when it just feels right. I took several different compositions of those photos, particularly the one of the pool, trying to get a good balance. I'm glad someone else appreciates it.
Sore Feet: I'm not sure about her age, so it may be possible she took it from the road. I still want to see what it looks like from the bottom of the slope, though. And I don't have a telephoto, so that'll be the only shot I get.
