One evening as I walked, Across the broken rock, I heard a whisper softly to my ear, And up ahead the trees, Grew silent in the breeze, Again her voice came drifting through the air, "The Earth is like a symphony, A symphony," she said. "The Earth is like a symphony," she said. I reached to touch a sight, That dreamily filled the night and asked "Where comes so beautiful a phrase?" But when I stretched my hand, Touched nothing at its end, and silence from the one I wished to praise, 'Til last I stood stalk still, The moon peered over the hill, And laid a golden swath across the pond, The wind then kissed my cheek, The forest sighed and creeked, And once again I heard the lovely sound, "The Earth is like a symphony A symphony," she said. "The Earth is like a symphony," she said.

Well done. Tom B biggrin.gif
