Magic Hot Springs, in southern Idaho, is being sold by the Anasazi Foundation. The place sits in Shoshone Creek Canyon with five geothermal hot springs--very unique. See the Magic Hot Springs website for details and photos.

Huh? I spent a summer in that area a while back. It's not alpine, but the rolling hills and canyons are gorgeous. Now, if you head farther south into Nevada, that's another story...

For sale: Prime hotspring frontage near Glacier Peak. These Kennedy Hotspring sites will go fast, so respond quickly! Benches and towel rails are included. Some shoveling may be required.
