We've been a bit behind on reading stuff so I know this reply is a little late, but great TR you guys! Looks like it was a blast despite the winds. Guess that's what makes trips so memorable! Tazz, great pics. I (tish) have the S3 too and LOOOVE the zoom. Incredible. I'm still learning, too, but it looks like you've got it down so you can feel free to pass any hints along my way.... winksmile.gif Per some photographer hints, I've been playing more in Av, Tv, and P (P mostly, though) and have had good luck there. Still learning, definitely, though. In P you can use the "super macro" function, which allows you to get closer than the regular macro. Great report!!

Cool pics (especially like the reflection shot). Way to break in the camera!

Am I that predictable? (No, don't answer that) I had grand Enchantment plans (read: delusions) for this weekend, but of course the weather has other ideas.

PLAY SAFE! SKI ONLY IN CLOCKWISE DIRECTION! LET'S ALL HAVE FUN TOGETHER!

Tazz and all, what a fine set of photos to express the difficulty of the trip, weather and the triumph. Thank you and glad you were not blown away! Rime snow on trees by the tent...in June?! Amazing.
