Good to meet you raz2sea!
We just cut up the trail a little early. Hate to bust your bubble, but the incline was probably around 25-30 deg at the steepest section during the ascent. Skinning shouldn't be done over 20deg, but it's possible (like this weekend). The icy parts in the trees made it a little more challenging. You'll get used to it

I think "T-Pain" just might be catchy enough to switch too
And yes, welcome to the winter wonderland It'll become old-hat by about the 6th outing (just a guess).

The video really shows that 'Kon Dog was shredding the slopes on that board! Of course, cutting the perfect 8's on the shoes wasn't too shabby either.

Mtn Wkr's my hero!
Someone saw this^ picture on our Flikr account and posted this comment: Wonderful snow picture. Nearly just like a shot of Willy Bogner.
Who is Willy Bogner? I just looked him up on google image and I hope he means I look more like this: than this:

Willy Bogner being the top ski wear apparel designer in Europe means you could start a new career as a model.
Of course leaving the Cascades and working in the Alps would suck.
I'm sure Willy will call you shortly.

Thanks Mtn Man, good meeting you and everyone else this weekend. Yea the slope degree was some best guesses I made in TOPO! as to what route we used for ascent. Maybe I'll get to the point where I can skin it up there. Sure makes for an easier way down
