Since I enjoy wasting my time (er, I mean working) I am starting to do some simple videos showing trail food being prepared. No complaining on the quality - the camera man works for free (ie..the tripod in my kitchen). So far I have done one on Pesto Chicken Couscous and today I did one Trail Sushi 101. My page for the videos. I am hoping next week to do a couple more while we are out hiking on different meals and ideas. Hopefully with the better camea and a live breathing camera man biggrin.gif

Good job! up.gif
