Have an outing planned for this Sunday, and wondering if anyone has been there last week and can report on the conditions? Much appreciated as I did not get time to scout this trail last weekend. This is the Heather Lake out near Lake 22.

Went to Heather Lake last Sunday. Snow for last 1/2 mi or less. Trail a little muddy. See my Picasa pics.

Sure is amazing to be talking about so much snow this late in the season, but at least its FINALLY starting to thaw out fast.

I was at Heather Lake on the 4th of July. Trail was clear all the way except at the top. It was a little sloppy with wet snow.
