I posted a partner/trip organization invitation to go on a trail run today, and got NO takers (although Cartman offered a couple of tempting scrambling ideas.). frown.gif It must be my body odor. Or that rash. So, having posted the darn thing, I had to go out do it. No pics, because my bulky camera doesn’t fit into my camelback. Still, it was a beautiful fall day – I hope to see lots of pics from new TRs. But here's the cool thing: the low-elevation lakes are still warm enough for swimming! I dove into Kaleetan and Lower Tuscohatchie and Pratt Lakes, and they all were wooonderful. So here’s a late summer toast to alpine lakes: chickenleg.gif cheers.gif

It might be the word "run" that scares people off. Glad to hear you took the opportunity to swim some of the lakes.
