Well as the daylight wanes the after work options shorten. Well I guess night hiking is an option but oh well...
The West Tiger summit trifecta. A lot of been there, done that but what the heck.
Parking lot a bit after 3PM was pretty sparse. Maybe half a dozen or so cars.
Tradition Lake Parking lot before hike.
Not many of the leaves have fallen yet. What has fallen looks more like what has blown down in the recent winds we've had.
Early West Tiger trail. Not a lot of fall colors.
A couple of quick shots at West 3 summit. There were a few people on the summit.

And on to 1. I actually saw someone arriving at 1 as I was going up the road. Was a bit surprised as I rarely see anyone up here on a weekday evening, even in the summer.

Returning to the car showed about the same number of vehicles in the parking lot. There were at least 10-12 people still up there somewhere above me when I got back to the car.
This trip with the usual picture stops and a quick snack stop on #1 was almost exactly 3 hours car to car.
The trek to #1 adds just under a mile (one way) to the normal out and back millions a day do up West Tiger 3.
