My friend Jon and I finally had a chance to explore the area around his place this weekend. It started with a drive to Mount Erie, then to Deception pass via some road that circled the refinery with great fall colors. Then we stopped at the Deception Pass parking lot where we checked out the bridge and hiked around a bit. A lot of bit, saw Eagles, a seal and got stung by hornets. Chowed down on food at Bobs burgers and beer, then finished the night off at the Blanchard Mountain look out for the sunset. Like players.
