Nice shots, Jim! I really like the sunrise over Glacier. Glad to hear the new set is a little heavy, so I don't feel too envious winksmile.gif I imagine you don't need as long telephoto as a low res camera, since you could crop a lot more with 42M. What lenses are using? Fuji may finally be bringing out a higher res xp2/xt2 next year, probably 24M. Hoping them to be much higher ISO capable.

Jim, that's a pretty D F awesome collection of the "best of" peaks from Pugh. A night very well spent. Beautifully executed.

Thanks guys, that hike really paid off. I'm going to post a few others to the B&W thread. Kenji, I have 3 lenses right now: Samyang 14mm 2.8 (for stars) - great bang for the buck, but very heavy. Sony 55mm 1.8 - super sharp, my new walk-around lens. Sony 70-200mm FE, which all of these pics were taken with - very nice lens, not heavy for a full frame top quality zoom. It all adds up when I bring them all (like I did on Pugh) though!

Nice shot Pat, I love the bokeh on the 55mm. Did you get any other lenses yet? Hope you enjoy the camera.

Thanks Jim. I picked up the Sony 28 2.0 I did not have the cash to pick up the 16-35 f4, plus I wanted a faster wider angle lens for possible night shots. I know 28 is not perfect for that, but it's a good compromise for landscape and nightscape in my opinion. And not too expensive. This was taken with the 28.
