I liked that particular route. The initial portion is a grind but it turns into a great ridge run. When I was on 7132' I had similar wind conditons albeit it was 50 degrees warmer. Impressive winter effort!

Anyone else want to try it in good weather sometime? |
I'd be interested on a bluesky day.

Don - I'm beginning to think icicles are a good look for you.
Nice trip in less than nice conditions!
Matt, Just Todd and I would be interested, esp. on a day where there's views.

I went up there to ski some of the lines. Got beat up by a nasty storm instead and was sent home with my tail between my knees. I would love to get back up there at some point...if you have a mind to.
BTW, great work guys. A nice peak in a wonderful area. Way to get out there.

The route we took was definitley not a great ski route, especially on Saturday. However, there's lots of great terrain up there for future trips!

Nice pics, Randy; I'm glad someone had the fortitude to take some pictures. My camera stayed in the pack all day due to a fear of freezing my fingers off. Man, that was some serious wind.

Hello Jason,
A few of us have patiently been awaiting new snow, while building up our fitness and stamina, for this one. I'll send you a PM when we make plans.
It has been requested that you do something ambitious the day prior with Sky, Josh, or Ross so that we won't be holding you up too much!
Hope you've been getting out. Miss those world class epics and write ups you do.
John
