Our party of three climbed Dirty Harry's Peak via the usual route. The light, mostly firm snow-cover made snowshoes unnecessary, although we did bring them along for the ride. The views from the summit were only slightly better than during our previous ascent exactly a year ago when it was a total whiteout. A few stray snowflakes fell. Having learned our lesson from the infamous "Snow Cave Debacle", we broke only one rule this time. We cut a switchback during the descent and this was the result:
Don't try this at home

Mountain Rescue was immediately on the scene. Unfortunately, he turned out to be the person dangling upside-down from one foot and therefore required a little assistance to extricate himself. No damage was done and we descended to Dirty Harry's Balcony for a short break before adjourning to the Mt Si Tarvern.
