Was this old sluice:
part of that old project? I found it somewhere by the Brasingamen Lakelets, IIRC. It doesn't come out so well in the picture, but it looked like a little metal gate almost like a fish trap, or was.

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.
