part of that old project? I found it somewhere by the Brasingamen Lakelets, IIRC. It doesn't come out so well in the picture, but it looked like a little metal gate almost like a fish trap, or was.

letting the wilderness boundaries get in the way of necessary work has hopefully been overidden.
What a concept. Maybe they could let a couple of guys in with chain saws to clear out a slide in one day rather than impact the area with 20 people on cross-cuts for several weeks!!
