Since I have a pretty much endless supply of fodder for my Re-Do's I added a new one this morning on Asian Style Noodles.

Another recent one was Herbed Pasta de Provence that we did. It is a one pot style meal.

Ooh, Sarbar, I want to try this one, although with dehydrated chicken and precooked dehydrated pasta. Actually, with another type of pasta (one that won't poke holes in the bag but is thin) it would work fine as a freezer bag meal. Like all Provencal dishes, though, it needs a nice "chewy" red wine to go with it! MossyMom, I also have problems with MSG--not as violent headaches as yours, but definitely uncomfortable!

May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.--E.Abbey

It has been 8 months since I added to this thread. Here is one I did in the last month: http://www.trailcooking.com/recipes/mango-chicken-curry-over-lentils-and-rice
