Great trip report and pictures Yukon.
YIKES was I having a tough time (almost) keeping up! Thanks for the cardio workout TNAB, you guys were blazing on that trail. I had to bail out of the group before Snow Lake and took my time getting down to the shore to explore before the cold and rain turned me around. Sadly my camera ran out of battery so I was unable to capture all the amazing views of fog in every direction. To add injury to insult... I hurt my knee AGAIN on the way back down so I will be sitting out for a while trying to recover. Maybe me and the other gimpies should start a REHAB group...

Oh Kirbinator, I'm so sorry to hear that!

Bring it on! How about reNAB: Recovery Excursions, No Afterburners. I should be good for a mile or two, maybe with some minor up, by next Thursday. Not exactly Go Jo-level recovery hiking, but getting there. Baby steps!
Stormy mountains always look so much more dramatic in the photographs. You'd think I'd be out there with my camera, instead of curled up in bed surfing the weather forecasts.
Something lost behind the ranges. Lost and waiting for you....... Go and find it. Go!
