Now that it appears that Quark has "passed on", does anyone know if there's some kind of memorial service planned? Should we send flowers or something? Not like I'd really get around to it anyway, but.....

Yes it was a tragic case of spontaneous human combustion. I believe you can send donations here in lieu of flowers

I would send a red velvet cake instead of flowers. But that's just me.

Knows literally nothing

In Darrington, of course. Send raffle tickets.

No, no, no! Send them to me. I'll forward PIB a photograph of the goodies to give to Quark. angel.gif

I think she would like to be buried with several fruitcakes (to keep her company).

He told me: "Josh; If you want to do any backpacking this summer, let me know and I will be happy to invite you along with another male NW Hiker such as Bryan or JimK or ObiTony. Also, if you want to explore Central Washington in the next month - for daytrips, let me know. Just regular ole hikes - no climbs, maybe a little scrambling." Bummer.... I wanted to meet up with him, it did not end up happening though. That is sad news. I wish I could have met him.

You have a post limit? If I were the admins here, I would change it so that you can have more, just change it in the php code... I would think...
