"Trail" tires are usually made in the larger sizes for trucks and SUV's. There are less options for smaller tires if you are looking for a tough trail tire. What is your tire size? In general, however, cheaper tires tend to have thinner side walls and less tread than the more expensive options. So even if you can't find a true "trail" tire for a small car, you are better off getting the better quality all season tires if you want to reduce your risk of a puncture.
