What a difference hiking here on Tuesday is compared to Sunday when we did Lake 22 and met tons of people. Today we saw four. The trail was very slippery with lots of wet rocks and roots and mud bogs right before the lake but no snow. The lake was pretty much still frozen, and everything was covered in heavy frost. Even though it was a sunny day, the sun never reached the lake the whole time we were there.
Thanks for you two posts Miss. Nancy. Makes me want to git my butt up there and bag those two.
