I think partner seekers will find more response posting in Trail Talk because more people will see their threads. Partners was like a club that nobody went to because noone was there.
Of course, in Trail Talk you might have to bump your thread a few times to keep it visible.
I agree with Tom, it's funny that all of a sudden everyone loved Partners now that it's gone.
I like Photography because those posts don't fit well into another category and this way I don't have to look at them.
Now Cooking seems like rather a dud, I might fold it back into Gear/Food.

I put it back the way it was since some found it useful. I restored anything that was less than 2-3 weeks old. If you want older stuff restored just PM me.

Thanks Tom.
While it may not get used a ton it seems to serve a purpose.
Maybe now that it was gone and back it will see more action.

ditto...nearly...i would say 99% of the time. I like it separate. i read it. I would not see more than half of the requests if in TT. I never look through ALL the posts and threads in TT.

I've found the partner forum pretty useful. I'd probably get out a bit more if I used it more often:)

I find it useful and actually did find one partner, only one was willing to take a chance on a bigoted, racist, ignorant, inbred, red neck, non contributing, ass hat such as myself.
But hey, one is better than none, thanks for the restoration.
