Now those look like something I could really get excited about eating!

May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.--E.Abbey

This thread, and this one thread are the most useful threads on the whole internet. I'm not kidding.

Looks pretty wonderful but way too much work. However, MC, I personally volunteer to make sure your homemade pop tarts are edible to protect you from the danger of trying them first yourself.

Cool on the surface but yea a lot of work for a pop tart! I'd mostly likely botch up the dough part anyway.

Homemade looks good. For those short on time, Grocery Outlet, my favorite food shopping experience and adventure, regularly has the 12 count boxes on sale for a buck. Last summer, I got some with Barbie on them. Everyone gave me a hard time, until they realized I got to eat Barbie, from her delicious toes on up. wink.gif

12 for a dollar! Are these Kellogs? It would seem such a low price would instigate a pop-tart rush similar to that which happened at Sutter's Mill in California.

Yup, Kellogg's. The fun thing about Grocery Outlet is the brand name trial and one-off products you find there. Enchilada Cheetos...yummy! Since they're basically overstock and clearance, you can never count on what will be there, so if you know you want something, stock up when you see it. And, many of the off brands they do carry are actually danged good. I bought these fake Oreos on a whim (buck a bag) and by god I was hard pressed to tell they weren't actually from the same factory.

I would eat her head first. It's her worst feature.
