Anyone happen to be planning on driving up the Hurricane Ridge road next Saturday, July 31st, in the morning? Our current plan is to spend the night at Heart of the Hills, then hike down from HUrricane Ridge back to HotH, via Lake Angeles. Right now, I'm thinking we'll drop the gear off up top, then I'll drive back down, park, and see about hitching a ride.... but if any of y'all are gonna be heading that way roughly that time Respond here or PM me Edited, because I've been thinking of the trip at the end of August too much, and this is all about the trip at the end of JULY. --Gray

Sorry..I won't be around the peninsula this weekend..but just a suggestion:Make up a sign that says something like. THRU-HIKER! TOP to BOTTOM RIDE UP,PLEASE? You'll probably get a ride pretty easy that way...People might be interested in what route you are taking,etc... Addition:You might add..MY car's parked at the bottom! Any fellow hiker that is heading up would probably be more than happy to give you a lift. Are you going solo?If so it shouldn't be too hard to get a ride..unless you look like Sasquatch...
