Thanks for your interest! === Due to a late cancellation, I have two remaining permit spaces available on my reservations for the core zone of The Enchantments. Entering: Lake Stewart trailhead on Thursday August 19 Exiting: Snow Lake trailhead on Sunday August 22. My party is composed of strong, seasoned hikers. The tentative plan is to basecamp in the middle Enchantments and explore / hike / scramble for a few days. You can join us for that or do your own thing during the day, but due to the permit requirements you'd need to camp with us. Financial considerations: $20 is what the forest service charges per person for a 4-day Enchantments permit... or make your best offer!
