Watch it here now! Starring - GUS -
Mr. Gus Goes To The Ocean!
The driver got to have a little fun, too, some pretty pictures from the Ocean (did the whole Hwy 101 loop - starting from the north on Friday, Oct. 29 - lovely)
Lake Crescent on the way to LaPush
The next day (Saturday the 30th) was a fabulous decent day at the Ocean.
Right outside our door! Lovely Go for stick Miles and miles of water and sticks! Yipee The best stick on the beach! A Flock of Seagulls! Calm before the storm Jetty between ocean and Quileute River Storm a-brewin' Mercurial weather Lots of these on the beach
Even three crazy surfers catching the waves!
 Surf's Up! CAtchin' a wave!
As the wind and the clouds increase, this seemed a real possibility . . .
Only one way out of town!
Saturday night it was STORMY - rain/wind. But the next day - Halloween -an absolutely beautiful day at the ocean!
Halloween 2010 The coast trail head from Rialto Beautiful Rialto Beach on Halloween Looking North Crossing Ellen Creek on Rialto Slippery log Splash! Islands in the sea Gorgeous day at Rialto
A few little Halloween "treats" on the beach
Beach Brains for Halloween! More Halloween goodies Trick or Treat
Beach stuff . .
Most certainly a boomerang that washed up from Australia! Sea creatures A real star
Worthy of pictures!
Lone photographer out on distant rocks Ahhh Ohhhh Pretty Washington's coastline Beach scene Coming through the Hole in the Rock
And, on Halloween, who could NOT add Forks to the list? There are some STRANGE things happening there!
Definitely "Dangerous" in Forks! Seems about right and more Local kids make good! Brings new meaning to the term "Red Neck!" Even the Natives are restless! Aren't we finished with the election thing yet? Couldn't be worse than the bloodsuckers that got elected!
Of course, the Ocean didn't disappoint with a blustery, stormy day to send us on our way . . . .
Blustery Ocean - Nov. 1 LaPush fishing fleet in the harbor Coast Guard coming in from the surf
Nice trip! Nice birthday. Thanks, D&G!

A dog's dream world, and his mortal head immortalized as a beach log, panting tongue and all.
We love beaches, too, but we're not allowed to cavort in the water because of our ears. Keep chasing them, brother.

Did Gus get "ocean breath" from getting all those sticks out of the surf?

Nice TR Driver. |
Jasper - Gus said he would tell his agent that he knows a stout, belligerent dog, that rolls in questionable biomass, in case Hollywood needs you!

Well, there were a few "items" on the beach that he probably DIDN'T need in his mouth!

Good catch, Niko! It looks just like Gus (and, sadly, yes, his ears fill with water too - but that's what otic drops are for, fortunately!)
Half Fast - Lovely backyard you have!
Nancy - Nope, I still need to get up Mailbox - you game??

What a happy dog! Gus thinks you got it right, this time. Way better than slogging through that cruddy, wet snow.
