I wasn't sure if I should post this, but an independent appraiser told me it was a certified gem.

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

My Personal Favorite that I took this year was my photo I took in February called "The Cloud Parade"
The Clouds kept rolling in and many others where glowing a gold color, I don't see too many sunsets like these.

I took this picture right before I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and this was one of the last hikes we did before my surgery. To me, this picture is peaceful, like my current state of mind. That is why I like it so much.
