Not as bad as it could be, and some quite entertaining spots like the giant brain alien with a tongue disorder. Made in '65, this is the decade late, last gasp of 50's style sci fi...the expository intro, stock footage use, weird sounds in space, and the spacecraft interior has the battleship bridge look...

Recently lost a good friend and sent this link to his wife, who's unfamiliar with the "Concert for George". The best rendition of the old classic that I've ever heard, by Joe Brown. I have the CfG DVD and pull it out for a look/listen when I get too gloomy about the state of "things". Harrison's music speaks to me now more than it did when he was creating it.
