I bought some bulk dehyrated soups, rice, potatoes etc the other day for an up coming trip. What are you guys adding to this type of stuff to give it some flavor? Ideas?

Are you looking for recipes? If so, see my sig line below..... The bulk stuff can be great for making easy meals. Those soup mixes work great added to instant rice (add the dry powder - say 2 Tbsp to every cup instant rice and use only the water called for making the rice.). Works just as great added to instant mashed potatoes. Dried vegetables? Add them to every dinner and many lunches - a couple Tablespoons per person.
