Other than salt and black pepper, what's your go-to seasoning for camp out cuisine? Come on, show us your spices!
And share your recipes if you dare. My favorite was something my mother called Farmer's Breakfast. I've heard it called a dozen other things, but basically, it was scrambled eggs with fried potato chunks, onion, red pepper, green pepper, and chopped up L'il Smokies all tossed together. Amazing!

Pretty much anything. I carry a lot of herbs and spices in tiny sacks.
But my favorite thing is sweet chili sauce That improves so much

Did you know that dogs go nuts for anise? It's the scent they coat the bunny with at greyhound races. I had no idea. Not a licorice fan; it's the liver of candy. Other than Pfefferenusse and Galliano, I got no use for it.

All of the above, plus packets of hot sauce and tubes of pesto paste.
I've posted this before, but it's good enough for a repeat:
Backcountry Pesto pasta:
1 packet top ramen noodles (toss the seasoning packet) - crunched up
1 pouch tuna
small chunk parmesan cheese
tube pesto paste
1 clove garlic (or 2, there's no such thing as too much garlic)
chopped veggies (I usually do brocolli, but bell peppers are good)
Put a pot of water on your stove and add the veggies so they cook through.
Once water is boiling, take it off of the heat and add the crunched up noodles and the pouch of tuna.
When the noodles are soft, pour off most of the water. You need to leave a bit to mix the pesto paste in.
Smush your garlic clove into paste and add it to the pot along with a generous squeeze of pesto. Mix it in and add more pesto if you need to.
Shave some parmesan over the works and dig in.

I like spice, but I'm only good for about 1-star Thai, at least according to my brother's Thai wife.
On the other hand, I love Tim's Jalepino potato chips.

When my eyes are watering, my cheeks are flushed, and my nose begins to run, then it's hot enough.
