Not my Golden Retriever. Maybe it's a hound thing.

I never go anywhere without a packet of Lawry's Taco Seasoning. The Burrito flavored one isn't quite as spicy. The Chipotle flavor makes a nice change, or they all work together in various combinations. Powdered Thai Peanut sauce makes plain rice into something incredible.

PS: Hey everyone....at McDonald's they now have single serving tubs of pretty decent tasting sweet chili sauce. Most stores will sell the tubs for 10 cents or so if you ask nicely (and sometimes give them for free if you are buying food).

This seems appropriate to mention: http://theoatmeal.com/comics/sriracha Just substitute 'freeze-dried' for 'asian'. (I don't do freeze-dried meals on trips. But I do like the cock sauce.)

The only way we survived the bland food on the Everest Trek was a trusty bottle of Chilli Pickle (a little dab will do ya). smile.gif

What about Taco Bell's Fire Sauce?

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

I prefer Mae Ploy over the more Americanized brands. Mae Ploy also is er....how do I put...considered a more modern brand. The modern brands of Thailand pay the Gov't for the seal on the package which means they get inspected. hmmm.gif

El yucateco XXX -
Or yucatan sunshine -
Size and weight have driven me to spicier condiments. Although, soy sauce/tamari is another great thing to bring. mad.gif
